Follow-Up is a crucial part of the success of Pulse Twin Cities.

Our follow-up process uses church representatives to follow-up with those who respond to the gospel.

We have the goal of following up with every person who responds to Jesus within 24 hours of Pulse Twin Cities.

What’s required of a follow-up representative? 

  1. Gather 5-10 people to help with follow-up calls. Plan a two-hour window on Saturday, May 19 (we recommend 1-3PM).
  2. Arrive between 4-4:30PM, bring a charged laptop, and be prepared to stay as late as midnight.
  3. Have a welcome email from your church ready to send. Here’s a simple template we’d recommend you tweak and use.
  4. The next day, text and call each appropriate response.* Talk with them about their experience and encourage them to take next steps, including attending a local church. Here’s a sample text and calling script.

*Due to accountability reasons, we ask that follow-up groups do not text or call those who do not indicate on their response cards that they’re over 18.
